A 6 week course designed for you to access and complete on your own. Each week a new module will be released to you and you'll receive emails encouraging you in your transformation process. If needed, the Facebook group is designed to provide you with extra support by other women as well as myself.
6 weeks of Private 1 on 1 Coaching while you complete the course. Each week you'll complete the released course module on your own. Then you will schedule a 1 on 1 session with me tailored to your needs. The sessions are designed to provide the support and accountability you need to transform! If needed, the Facebook group is designed to provide you with extra support by other women as well as myself.
