The Responsive Woman Podcast

The purpose of this podcast is to help you see that it is possible for YOU to become a Responsive Woman. This is a woman who is able to stop reacting out of fear or insecurity and instead feel in control of herself and able to respond in a confident and healthy way.   

The way that you become your version of the Responsive woman is entirely up to you… I give you permission to discover ways that fit and support you. And often it is unique to you. I have seen success in women learning my approach. But there are also some that it doesn't work for. And that’s okay. But my approach isn’t the only one out there. 

So I bring in guest experts to share their approaches with you. Just like you are unique, each of these approaches is as well. Because I want you to discover an approach that works for you.
